Shipping destinations
We currently ship within Europe and to select international destinations. Please check our website for the list of countries we ship to.
Shipping times
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 working days. Once processed, domestic orders within the Netherlands usually arrive within 2-3 working days. International orders may take longer, depending on the destination and customs processing times.
Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination and the weight of the package. We offer free shipping on orders above a certain amount, which may vary depending on promotional offers.
Order tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor the status of your delivery.
Customs and duties
For international orders, please note that customs duties and taxes may apply, and they are the responsibility of the customer. Genuine Atelier is not responsible for any additional charges incurred during the customs process.
Delivery issues
If you encounter any issues with your delivery, please contact our customer service team, and we will assist you in resolving the matter as quickly as possible.
Returns eligibility
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unwashed and in the same condition as received. They must also be returned in their original packaging with all tags attached.
Return window
You may return your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order.
Return process
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to return your item.
Return shipping
The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a mistake on our part or a defective item.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund to the original method of payment within 10 working days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges
Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges at this time. If you would like a different size or color, please return the item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
Damaged or defective items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately, and we will arrange for a replacement or refund.
