Shipping & Returns

Shipping times
Orders are typically processed within 1 working day. Next-Day Delivery is available for orders placed before 16:00 CET, ensuring same-day shipping. Once processed, domestic orders within the Netherlands usually arrive within 1–2 working days. International orders may take longer, depending on the destination and customs processing times.

Shipping destinations
We currently ship within Europe and to select international destinations. Please check our website for the list of countries we ship to.

Shipping costs
We offer free shipping on all domestic orders within the Netherlands or above a certain amount, which may vary depending on promotional offers. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination and the weight of the package.

Customs and duties
For international orders, please note that customs duties and taxes may apply, and they are the responsibility of the customer. Genuine Atelier is not responsible for any additional charges incurred during the customs process.

Order tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor the status of your delivery.

Return window
You may return or exchange your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order.

Returns eligibility
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unwashed and in the same condition as received. They must also be returned in their original packaging with all tags attached.

Return process
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to return your item.

Return shipping
The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a mistake on our part or a defective item.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund to the original method of payment within 10 working days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges
We offer exchanges on all orders. If you would like a different size or color, you can request an exchange by filling out the return form and selecting your preferred size or color. Once we receive the returned item and confirm it meets the return conditions, we will ship you the new product.

Damaged or defective items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately, and we will arrange for a replacement or refund.

Delivery issues
If you encounter any issues with your delivery, please contact our customer service team, and we will assist you in resolving the matter as quickly as possible.
